Joshua Yohman’s Weight Loss: Day 1

Today is day one of what will hopefully be the first of many changing days of my life.

I’m starting a weight loss journey, starting today.  I’ve been half assing things for a while now, and believe this will cement that goal.

Today, I’m around 260 pounds, but my goal will be getting down to at least 180 using cardio and better eating.  So, let’s go.

I started my morning with a single banana, then fucked it by going to taco bell and getting a quesalupa.  That quesalupa was the reason I started doing this in the first place, so from this moment forward, it’s healthy food forever.
